Hello from Ohio USA. In Ohio that is the official State tree called a Buckeye Tree. Those are buckeye nuts. They are poisonous if eaten. Used mostly for decor if dried. I do think the deer in our area can eat them. Not sure any other animals do though.

Oh can’t wait to see how you and Jack will make your own kitchen garden! Always nice to see you both popping up in the vlogs. How cute are those jumps in the beginning by the way. 😱🥰

This is so exciting- Thank you for sharing the Pig at bridge place, we’re big fans of the chain and making our way through all of them, our local and regular being The Pig Near Bath. My partners family live in Tunbridge Wells so we’re planning on going there for a day of eating, drinking and relaxing in the coming weeks. We’ve been excited for the opening since they announced it last year! Pleased to see you had a wonderful time xx

Lovely watch, thank you xx That was funny about the White Company blanket, we have the same one and our dog gravitates to the bedroom with that on the bed most days now it's colder, my husband said she's such a privileged dog 😂

Thank you for watching! Haha he really is the King of the household. He actually took himself off to bed last night on his own, whilst we were in the living room - which he has never done! Usually he is stuck to us like glue, but I think the blanket was calling his name 🤭

Looking forward to seeing how your kitchen garden turns out, it sounds like it's going to be lovely. I know you were talking about using wood planks to build the raised beds, and just wanted to mention to make sure you use wood that hasn't been treated with chemicals (like pressure-treated), because those chemicals can leach into the soil (and therefore the plants), and it wouldn't be good to ingest.

@@johanna_elizabeth Thank you so much! Yes, we opted for brand new scaffold boards for this reason🤍☺️

Question-how on earth do you get your yorkshires that big and poufy? Do you have a special trick? Mine always deflate like soufflés and its maddening to try and get them perfect over the years! Also, i just wanted to quickly note, i would highly recommend considering taking your dogs collar off while at home. I wont go into detail, but there have been some nasty accidents where the collar gets caught on something and it doesn’t turn out well, so i always think its better to be safe. Just wanted to share that cause its something many of us don’t consider, but accidents unfortunately can happen. Its my first time watching one of your videos, you have a beaitiful home and countryside!❤

Hi Amanda, they are super basic no secret ingredients but I just make sure that the oil in the yorkshire tray is really hot before pouring in the batter, I usually put it in the oven for 10 minutes before they're ready to go in and don't open the oven whilst they're cooking! Thank you for this advice, that is really good to know! 🙏🏽🤎

Lovely video! 🍁 please could you send me a link to the paint you used for your kitchen cupboards, the vinyl for your worktops and the paint for your tiles. I have just moved into a house with a similar kitchen to yours can we want to do a mini makeover before we get a new kitchen 😊
@laurengracelife2 ай бұрын
Hi Rachael, thank you so much! Yes of course, the paint I used was Farrow & Ball Light Grey No 15 I then added a quick dry clear varnish from Rustins just to make sure they don't chip and are cleanable. I will link the vinyl below - all of the above is actually from B&Q! We didn't actually paint the tiles we took the old ones off and re-tiled the backsplash. How exciting and huge congratulations on your new home 🤎 www.diy.com/departments/d-c-fix-white-grey-marble-0306-sticky-back-furniture-wrap-l-200cm-w-45cm/4007386128263_BQ.prd?&&&&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwjY64BhCaARIsAIfc7YZXB1AXjJRrEi18lGVHfHc0Ha-Ex31FW7YAY6fjh6focicQpcwc02oaAg6mEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
