The game is legit a diamond in the rough. Devs are on point with the improvements and updates. So far……I have a feeling it will continue this way. I would like to see content added maybe like every month or couple months to keep us engaged. Could be like a 2 year journey and you get the next part every couple months. Like now I’m 3 max characters, quest, town upgrades all done and want the next part. I’m ok and ready to get another 25-30 hours of the game and not everything all at once. Itching for more I guess. One more thing rune attack can be OP as fuck. Need some adjusting not much but 1 shotting every normal enemy makes crucible tedious until you get to the boss.

I really think the focus needs nerfing. You should be forced to use your basic and heavy attack and weave in rune attacks. My lighting assault hits for 342 now and I gain hella focus off just standing around. It does feel good that I worked and my character is hella strong but I feel some tweaks could be made.

I agree, I think the game will most likely be in EA for another 1.5-2 years before the 1.0 release. I hope they're able to drop content updates quarterly or so to keep us coming back for more. The good thing is that the devs are engaged and committed to supporting the game for the long haul, so I'm confident in a few years we're going to have a massive incredibl experience waiting for us.

Great review! You have the same passion burning in your eyes for this game that I have 🔥The amount of potential this game has INSANELY high, and I can't wait to see what 1.0 looks like. As a note, the rune generation stuff got nerfed. Thankfully! I hate cheesy builds that destroy all the challenge.

Thanks, I really appreciate the kind words! I agree that the potential is insanely high, and I’ll be excited to see how it evolves from now until the 1.0 release. Yes! I saw that thankfully focus regain has been addressed! A delicate balance of nerfing something thats clearly cheesy while still keeping it a viable, albeit more balanced, option. If the devs stay on top of things in terms of content and fixing balancing issues, they’ll have me as a fan for the long run!

Absolutely love this game, been awhile since I got them gaming butterflies. Personally i hope they dont delve to deep into the Multiplayer part of it. Looking forward to what the future holds. Very good review, well spoken and easy on the ear. Got urself your 30th sub. Keep it up 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Awesome video, will need to give this game another try I think, esp when the coop gets implemented. We seem to be in a great time for early access darlings with this game and Hades 2 out and hopefully the new Prince of Persia continues the trend.

I love the game, but the constant crashes on Steam Deck are going to drive me away

Dang, sorry to hear that. I don’t have a Steamdeck (It’s on the list) but I’ve heard even with the FSR upscaling options with the latest patch it’s still not a great experience. It seems to be a CPU limitation. Hopefully Moon Studios can continue optimizing CPU performance so that it can at least hit steady fps on the Steamdeck without crashes. NPCs lines that frustrates me the most are: "Bola! Bola!" each time i go to infuse a weapon.. and "These are mine scissors - No, these are mine scissors!" -- i just can't stand these two lines of dialogue

Yeah, poor guy has been looking for Bola for months now! Hopefully there is a questline added for his character to round things out. If for no other reason than to shut him up lol. Thanks for checking out the vid!
