We are going on our first cruise ever in april 2023 on valiant lady. We are so looking forward to just relaxing and having a good time. We are gonna take it day by day and see what happens. Thanks for the review

When you order your steak medium well it’s going to be dry!

Not always. We typically order our steaks medium well and if it's marinated well will still hold some juice. The issue was that it was so dry and didn't have a great sauce to go with it.
