I’m a Brit who emigrated to San Francisco quite a few years ago. As I get older, I get homesick for familiar things. Even though I grew up in Surrey, just hearing your lively accents make me feel not so far from my biological home. I live vicariously through your content as I’m currently on sick leave due to a broken wrist that won’t heal by building new bone. In the last few weeks, you’ve taken me all over the world. I would gain so much weight on that ship. That carbonara looked sooooo good (too many places in the US say carbonara, but they use Alfredo sauce). I think that breakfast sausage you had that was a bit sweet probably had some maple in it. That is so popular here all over North America.

That melon salad had Tajin sprinkled on top, a Mexican staple for fresh fruit. Every grocery store in SW USA sells it. Sugary sweet chili powder....Chorizo/ potatoes is Mexican breakfast food...Avocados from Mexico on toast...Yum 😋

All the food looks amazing now I'm hungry, but OMG Ben I love honey maple bacon ( I order honey maple bacon jerky it's out of this world. David don't know about tarter sauce on my fries, but I do love either gravy on them or dip my fires in ranch dressing yummy! David that second cookie you ate looks like what we call here in the state a Whoopie Pie I love them. I love when we cruise because I get to try new things I never tried before and if I don't like I can go on to the next thing because it's all include it!
