A SOLO CAMP IN THE CHEVIOTS, WANTED TO FIND THE MYSTERY UNNAMED HILL SO I SET OFF FOLLOWED THE RIVER AND MY MAP AND GOT UP IT. THE WIND NEVER STOPPED ALL NIGHT BUT THE OEX PHOXX 2 HANDLED IT WELL. GOOD TO BE OUT AGAIN, HOPING THE WEATHER IMPROVES SO I CAN GET SOME CHILLED OUT CAMPS DONE

nice area and. Camp spot. Thinking of getting Phox2. Good advice taking everything out, L.NT... I would also include waste food and take rubbish back home The bins at popular car parks can become over full.

Good tent the 2. I’m liking it. Definitely leave no trace. Carry out as much as possible. If those bins are full I just double bag it and take it home. 👍 it’s easy to do.

Didn't know The Cheviots were so green n lush in the summer. That wee waterfall and pool at 3:20 looks amazing. Nice one Andy. Wee good quality beer recommendation for ye...Williams Brothers Brew Co - Róisín - Joker IPA - Midnight Sun and Grozet just to name a few. Yer cheaper getting them delivered from the website, and they have a massive range. :)

The 2 free mats are great. Flextail in winter. This camperlists one in summer. The wind does my head in alright. It’s constant. I like woodland camps but the views are what I crave. I’ll draw the winner next week. 👍
