Thanks Kevin great video! If a wine goes to vinegar can it be used as vinegar in cooking or best to throw it out?

Under the right circumstances, and with the right amount of time, the acetobacter will turn the wine into vinegar that can be used for cooking.

Nice explanation for why wine shouldn't be cellared above a certain temperature, but you should have done the explanation for why too low a temperature isn't good as well. Also, stop spreading the myth that corks dry out from standing them vertically because the wine doesn't touch the cork. Humidity level in the headspace is close to 100% and nothing is drying out in that kind of environment. Amorim, AWRI and other wine-related entities have published papers backing this up.
