Lost $250 today followed the plan but it didn’t work out. The trades are logged, doesn’t mean i wont take the trades again but i think my timing was a bit too early. at least i have tried to make this trade a lesson and not a loss. This is the first day i have followed my plan to a tee it’s not the result i wanted but its a step in the right direction. There was definitely more opportunity after that trade and it was better for me to step away because just realising that we don’t have unlimited ammunition only a few bullets every shot needs to count. Those losses would have been a waste if i decided to continue to trade because like you say I'm just building bad habits. Coming into today i realise now that sometimes the best trade is not even trading at all. I recently joined the discord and can say that the value i have been getting there is insane Thanks again Justin another banger!!

Hey Justin As a child I was raised to never do anything wrong, my parents expected only perfection from me and making mistakes throughout my life has been my horrible nightmare. Now as a trader it's hurting my decision making abilities. I have my own strategy that works, I'm very much committed to risk management but just the thought of making a mistake and entering a losing trade makes me not want to trade and not be able to enter the trades that are actually winners!! At first I thought maybe it's the fear of losing real money so I tried demo but even in demo I can't enter trades because it's not losses that scare me, it's just the fact that I'm afraid of making a mistake so much so that I can't even enter trades on demo and fake money!!! Please help me man, I really need it
