Great Video, & Information. I have 11 K on my XL still running original Continental Pro Contact tires doing good on wet & dry pavement. One issue so far is my passenger tail light frequently does not come on. I rotate the light knob and it comes on. A bit annoying. Other than that, it's been a great truck, averaging 43.5 mpg mixed driving. Great videos, keep it up.

Looking forward to my xlt hybrid to arrive. I'll most likely run the continentals until next winter then switch up to toyo at3... still fairly light tires but toyo.

Booyah 👊🏽 😁 👍🏽 🇺🇸, On my XL hybrid, I put some BFG Trail terrain tires and I feel great with them. The tires did me well, but I did have to use cables on one trip because of 🧊. But we did great 👍🏽, I got the confidence from you jmc, cause you had yours way before me. 13k on mine.

Great video thanks for sharing. With your all weather tires are you still getting atleast over 40mpg? i'm thinking about putting all terrain Ko2 on my maverick hybrid. Can your provide photo of your tires on the maverick just curious how it looks with the all weather.

So in the winter the Maverick Hybrid does not achieve the 40+ mpg anymore. Most weeks I average around 34 to 35 at best

Keep in mind that the ko2 is a bit heavier than toyo tires. It will likely hurt the mpg a little bit. I do like the looks though. I'm thinking about getting the toyo at3 tires. Still 3peak rated. Fairly aggressive looking and still light. Only my 2 bits.

XLT my battery will not kick in until it warms up. Just wondering why?

Your engine must run in order to warm the cabin and to warm up the battery

How do you handle switching tires on a nearly new vehicle? Will the dealer trade you before you drive the car off?

I asked that yesterday buying my brand new truck and they said no cause the new tires are considered "ussed" even if I haven't even taken possession of the truck lol. Typical ford dealerships

He has the lariat. They have a much better windshield than the xl or xlt. The 23 models shouldn't have that issue
