About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.

If you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others, these videos and practices may not be the best thing for you at the moment. Seek help wherever necessary which might include a hospital emergency department, a suicide helpline etc.

@@SimplyAlwaysAwake 🥰 So I read something today that was directly related to Erik talking about resistance in this video and I thought it was really profound, so I think I’ll share it here for any commenters that might see it. The Barrier Is Also God Think for a moment of anything you perceive as an obstacle to your own realization - mental restlessness, conditioning, fear, desire, self-contraction, resistance. I’m sure the list is fairly long… But if the ultimate truth is that there is only One, not two, than all these apparent obstacles must in fact be manifestations of the very same One you believe they are keeping you from seeing and knowing. In other words, if the walls are made of the very thing you are seeking, then there really are no walls, right? Maybe these apparent obstacles are none other than the very thing you long to touch. Whether you appear to be lost in the frothy waves of life or submerged in the still depths below, wake up and realize that you can never be apart from the Sea. ~ too intimate for words, John Astin

Interesting. I started having tinnitus after my father’s passing in march 2020 and it became louder after my beloved dog passing in march 2021. Although I got myself checked by a doctor, I never felt it as being a medical condition. it sounds to me more like a call to Wake up from or to something… it’s kind of like an alarm clock that I can’t snooze.

Nameste.🙏🙏 Ps: for any musicians out there, your music will also evolve in pure consciousness. Playing without efforting, without self criticism, without self judgment ..... Thanks again Angelo, every interview is so helping, bringuing a different perception or way to put it in words: This guy is beautiful. One thing important I get here is: I have no choice on when, how, does the shift happen for me, but I' have the choice to say" OK, Life decides, but I am ready for it, even if I'm afraid to let everything go and jump ."

Oh shit, I literally was going to write an email to you AD where I was going to ask about small glimpses that have been happening more frequently, and exactly what Erik says about getting some abrupt pointing - a couple times this weekend a was listening to a Paul Hedderman talk that literally stopped me in my tracks - because I SAW what he was saying in an experience from like 23 years ago, but for whatever reason it wasn’t time, but in all three of these recent moments it was a different flavor of ‘getting it’, like a thick layer of paint was removed, but apparently its not time - exactly how Erik said it! I didn’t send the email yesterday… then this gets uploaded…. Seriously, how does make any sense.

I think I'm in some middle ground right now. My thoughts have .1% of the power they used to. Life seems 99.99% perfect, but from these descriptions, I can tell there is something greater. I think I jumped in 1/10 of the way and then thought "freak yeah, I'm doing it." and then got kicked out. Not really worried and kinda know what I need to do. If life goes like this forever, it will still be perfect, but I'll still keep trying to get fully enlightened for now. I'll start singing bon jovi or whoever did "Might as well jump" for now. lol

I hope your materials spread far and wide. You are providing a totally AUTHENTIC transmission, based on the many YEARS of personal "work" you have done. The last two videos of yours that I've watched have given me two CRUCIAL pointers/methods. The first is "vulnerability" -- which is really nothing other than thorough-going "internal" honesty and self-forgiveness. The second is "experiencing is enough." You directly said "experiencing is enough in order to awaken." Putting those two together as the foundation of my meditation is like putting things into high gear. It's like a direct shortcut path to awakening, as it feels to me. Thank you for everything you've done for so many.

I've had this feeling of directness/intimacy and *presence* several times during very profound and extremely mystical/surreal experiences on Psychedelics. 🍄 One just giggles for a while and the mind clearly sees non-duality and boundless unity with everything: *the creator and the created*. However, this complete understanding seems to dissipate through the remainder of the "trip", then fades. For a few days: you are living in a state of bliss, and you know that you contacted Truth, but can't put your finger on it (or your mind refuses to accept/integrate). 🧘‍♂️ True, Angelo. [18:32] Love the moment. 💙 Each moment is a true blessing and each individual a divine being🙏
