hi thx for the window sill replacement. Next is scraping the side of the house. i have never seen that yellow scraping tool that is attached to the vac. Can you please tell me what that is?

It’s called a “ProScraper.” Brand name. I like it because it uses a 2” carbide blade. A competitor uses a 2-3/8” blade and the fact is that the extra 3/8” gets you about zero In added effectiveness, and about 2/3rds more cost in blade replacement. So I stick with this one.
