yes congrats! but as a new favourite channel id like to see him be less toxic to others like Flamu x2. Just dont like to see it, i get it but I dont like it. I think he can be an exceptional WOWS channel without being like that to others in game. I wish him the best though, he's great.

That is a very good comparison, I've honestly never thought much about it, I just picked IFHE because of the "pen 32mm, bruh". Glad someone is actually taking the effort to test these things. Edit: sadly I am currently too broke to change my build. Xd

My take: IFHE allows you to fullpen cruisers everywhere and drastically increases performance against certain enemies, especially closer range against bows with non significant icebreaker protection. The damage is more consistent thus also removing the rng of fires from the equation, for example the smaller secondaries would now full pen all 30mm cruiser decks when taking IFHE, increasing the target area. The one caveat is targets that have more than the increased penetration like russian cruisers which die slower due to the 105s not passing a significant threshold and the 150s already having 51 pen. It also increases your effectiveness against 38mm armored ships due to the same reasoning as before given fire damage is also 100% heal able while penetration damage isn’t. Thus IFHE will remain the more viable build for schlieffen in randoms in my opinion given cruiser versus schlieffen fights in open water usually turn into dpm fights with neither side being able to disengage.

This game needs more brawling battleships. Less hiding, backline sniping. Me myself I wish they would make asymmetrical battles a permanent mode. I've never had a bot cry about a ship being op. Great Channel I'm a new sub.

I really like the conversation about statistics on this channel. On many channels this is not talked about. I don't understand them very much myself. I know the principles of sigma, overmatch, fuse time, etc. but practically I can't apply it. I don't pay attention to it. And such videos can help me remember maybe something important It's kind of funny that I've been playing for a while and still can't remember the front armor of basic ships xD

Great review of the Schlieffen - absolutely correct when you say this ship punishes bad players - it absolutely does. I will use this ship exclusively in Asymmetric Battles and now Operations - it is the best ship for this mode bar none. The bots are terrible, and the damage/kill numbers are huge in this ship...but I find this ship not good in most randoms...

During my time of playing Schlieffen, I have been treating torps as a zoning tool or to catch bad players (dds). So far, it does the job fairly well.

Its an average BB. Experienced players can use it to influence the game at the start to catch a DD or cruiser etc or both. Also mid game to support team during an offensive but flanking or sneaking through islands to create a 2nd front catching the enemy off guard.

Always saw this ship as a potato killer and potato bait wrapped into one. As many, I fell for the hype and grinded the line. Hours of my life I’ll never get back. As you say this ctrl left click gameplay is agonisingly moronic. I get the appeal for players right, bot out and let the ai burn potatoes to a crisp. Never understood the appeal of watching said gameplay though, it’s tantamount to watching bots fight it out in coop: the comedy wears off pretty quickly. I mostly stick to DDs and so probably a tad biased but god does it feel good to see BBs finally get a spoonful of this crap with libertard. Once again super review man, keep it up! Your take on IFHE being at best useless and at worst counterproductive when combined with high accuracy was super interesting. That Montana clip was savage.

If you're having fun with the line, you'll likely continue to have fun since the line is one of the most consistent gameplay wise. That Hago doesn't care for the Schlieffen is a bit of an 'I did not care for the Godfather' opinion and separate from his 'objective' advice.

I have schlieffen (with ifhe 21pt cpt), I would not be worried. If you like heinrich or rupprecht, you will love schlieffen and have a great time. In randoms abuse your conceal and punish W-key enjoyers for free damage, don't try to be a hero until mid/late game bc you will almost always die quickly if you frontline battle. Wait early and use islands like your cruiser buddies if possible. If no islands, angle away early so you can kite if you need to or regain conceal. It's a unique line, don't be discouraged that the hull is weak. The armament is awesome. Good luck! ❤

So much of this game is stupid and the tragedy is that there is an alternate universe where people are playing a better version of the game and having more fun, but seems likely we'll never see it. I find dds the most interesting part of the game, but it's just so sad that so many games it's not even possible to fulfill your role. Like try spotting for your team with a cv and 4 hybirds in the game.

wow this guy, "Do people really enjoy this ship", "let me be as sarcastic as possible". News Flash, yes the guns are not as good as they are on other BBs but secondaries and torps compensate well enough. The torps are the best torps you can get on a BB, they do well to create denial zone, they are good for long range unexpected torping, they are perfect in Brawls to kill 2 ships without firing your guns. Yes the gameplay isn't of a typical BB but its one of the most popular BBs in game, and you already knew it, but pointlessly made a sarcastic remark for whatever personal reason.
