God's powerful truth for wooing the human heart to seek him! ❤ I am sharing with several friends who, like me, encounter the agnostic approach to God. Our Bible study group ordered Nancy Piercy's book Finding Truth several years ago. There was much resistance, and "thinking hard" was very difficult for them. Yet, how can we equip ourselves to share Jesus's message without knowing what we are up against? Thanks for the message.

This is so intense yet so heart touching and simple to understand the reality of our LORD Jesus who is our creator...this is what we need to know deeply and proclaim boldly...everything came into being through him and only through him...Amen

Thank you Jonny. I need to be equipped to answer people, particularly at our dog park that we enjoy so much. Believe it or not, theological questions have come up and I feel like I’ve botched every one😢 - so thank you for giving us light we can carry forth. I found this sermon mind blowing and humbling. Our Lord Jesus is truly ineffable, and there is a great nothingness apart from Him.

Yesterday I listened to Mike Winger expose a sermon from Andy Stanley. What a contrast. Andy heard atheist arguments and believed they defeated Christianity. Jonny points out the improbability of an atheist’s arguments and centers you in God as creator that gives man dignity and value. He does so without compromising scripture, intellect and common sense. Thank you Pastor Jonny!

Jonny, this is the 5th or 6th message of yours I've listened to since discovering you a couple days ago & I am enjoying your excellent messages. However, I would encourage you to be careful whom you quote as some may assume you endorse their teachings. For example, you quote Dr. Hugh Ross in this message. However, Ross believes the flood was a local event & I certainly assume you do not. There is an excellent article in Answers in Genesis, "Special Feature: Hugh Ross Exposé" by Ken & Dr. Terry Mortenson. May the Lord bless you greatly as you study to be approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
