My main gripe with most "Stun" lists is the lack of a wincon. This is why Runick's aggressive milling is so necessary. But BOY does it feel like peak BM playing against this stuff, knowing the outs you're waiting for can get banished at any time. And you NEED multiple in case of Counter Traps, you can't just cope on a single Duster, CC or gods forbid Typhoon.

whats your opinion on golgonda in this deck? its come up so often where golgonda protecting a defense position monster/floodgate just wins game helps against guardian chimera too since it can protect itself, even been siding 1 albaz for certain matchups and most players just dont read the card and lose because of it🤣

I don't think the card is bad by itself, but it's what it stops you from playing that makes it so irritating to have in the deck (or any deck). It's basically useless at more than 1 but rewards playing multiple copies, and even with 1 copy, you lose access to literally every hand effect in the game (handtraps, Dogmatika cards, Heavenly Prison, Lady Labrynth, and so on), which just morphs your main and side decks a lot. It's a flex card for lower power formats but I don't really see it thriving once people get used to playing against this particular stun deck type. Morganite itself is a -1 until your next draw phase, which in this format is probably gonna lose you games from time to time. You're going to see it drawn off Fountain more than you see it in the opening, which means if they keep you off engine, you're not seeing it, and if you do, it's not doing anything because you're not insulated. If you have engine, you probably won't need it, because we already see 4-6 cards per turn off just the Runick engine and the extra normal doesn't matter in the slightest. The card would be a lot better if it had any utility other than "pray you draw into it turn one and don't lose on turn 2" in this deck.

It's interesting to see you favor Jowgen over Amano. I personally liked playing 1 and 1 with Morganite, but I was playing that spell at 2 in my stun list. The grave effect is meh but it's come up for me a lot when I cut it down against rogue stuff. I'll have to test the deck with 3 Desires over 2 Morganite and 1 Desires and see how I feel about it; seems like it'd equal out advantage wise and it allows us to side handtraps if need be. You have to use resources to bait out interaction first which a stun deck usually can't afford to do since they play lots of high-value cards that don't replace themselves (like a searcher or a monster that summon's another one). And when I say High-value it means 1 card that can potentially stop or generate multiple cards. Ex: Skill drain or Snake-Eyes Flamberge Dragon

You may forfeit the match at any time before it's decided. If you WON already then you CANNOT forfeit. It was perfectly fine, happens a lot if you know the opponent and due to tiebreaks etc you are dropping anyway you give them the match then play a casual due to pass time until the end of the round.

Think Gigantic Spright, D/D/D Machinex, or the Galaxy Eyes monster that steals a monster from the opponent and changes its name to "Galaxy Eyes Cipher Dragon" or whatever; all those effects let you use Link monsters for Xyz material. The rule is Link monsters can't be used because they don't have levels, so if an Xyz has an alternative summoning condition, so long as that condition is met, anything other than a token that is currently a monster that meets those requirements can be Xyz material.
