My anxiety has been really high lately and I've been having trouble with just mental health, in simple terms to not dump problems on a stranger but this helps so much. All of the audios are so sweet and aware of problems, regardless of gender and topic. It seems most men, at least American one's, see it as immasculating to hold regard for people who aren't like them. I'm ranting, sorry, but it's such breathe of fresh air to be able to see such a good person. Thank you!!

I can relate to what you are saying, I have been having trouble sleeping lately because of nightmares that I have been having for the past few months and it's gotten so bad that I started being too scared to go to sleep and it's caused my fear of the dark to get worse and right now I am alone in my room with the door locked and the lights off and I'm scared to go to sleep because I don't want to have a nightmare again

I just had a really scary panic attack. The kind that causes a disconnect between what the mind and the body is doing, and when you regain control you feel like you were in a life threatening situation. After it happens, it tends to leave the feeling of trauma and extreme fatigue. I just found this audio, and as I type it feels like the most comforting thing I could be listening to. Thank you very much... Even though it might sound sad to say it, in a place where the people around me don't know how to comfort me when I need it the most, there are still things like this. So many people are helped through this voice.

I'm often extremely stressed due to school, as well as my own personal issues. I have had an issue with procrastination in the past, and it often warranted a lot of yelling from my mother. I've got the issues under control, but I still can't help but stress about forgetting an assignment, a bad grade, or not being able to submit something in the right time frame. This results in panic attacks when I try to sleep at night. I thank you for this video, however old it may be. It genuinely helped me calm down and get some sleep for once in a long while. I know my situation isn't nearly as bad as others' here in the comment section, but I still wanted to speak out, and thank you for your soothing video

This is my ABSOLUTE favorite! I wish it was 20 + minutes long with spa music at the end for another 30 minutes to 1 hour. That way I could fall asleep. Lots of other guided meditations are done like that. I LOVE long ones ☺

This one isn't really a guided meditation so much, though I suppose you can meditate to it. I do have some meditation audios and some longer relaxation/comfort ones, which I suppose you could queue up with some spa music after.

@rainydayaudios77543 жыл бұрын
I'm glad it was helpful! Crying and letting our feelings out tends to be helpful and healthy, but some people who have been through traumatic events are afraid of becoming overwhelmed by their feelings and may be hesitant to let them out, or need guidance to do so in moderation and in a way to feel safe, so a therapist can be really helpful in that healing journey. I've made a bunch of audios that you may find helpful in dealing with and recovering from that traumatic experience you had, I've put them into a playlist here: kzbin.info/aero/PLGgw8pcV96_zu_-sYvuKa5BjHrd0fnhjJ
