This is so cool! You're so skilled, and both pieces came out looking super great. This reminds me that I really need to go through all of the bits and bobs that I've held onto for arts/crafts projects and then not got around to. It's sort of a catch 22 though, I have no space because I have so much stuff, and it's hard to use it up and create space because I have no space to do projects, bah! I'll have to wing it and find a way to do it without making a mess, preferably before I gotta move house so that there's less junk to drag with me. Cheers to being less wasteful though and doing our bit for the environment! I also totally get calling people friends when they're possibly just acquaintances, I don't have any friends besides my partner so sometimes I talk about KZbinrs as if they're my friends because they're hardly going to know and it makes me feel a bit less lonely (oof that might be a bit sad). I don't think it harms anyone to call the friend early! I'm sure it would make lots of people smile ^_^

I really liked the "treasure trash" challenge. It reminds me of the Tournament of Minds challenge I did in high school. We had to create a short play with various themes and restrictions, including how many people were in the play or on the stage at the same time. One part was the budget, which was AU$50 (about US$30?) for costumes, props, backdrop etc, with no help allowed from teachers or parents. We could have basic black clothes under/instead of a costume, and anything you'd find in a recycling bin was "free". So we had quite a lot of painted cardboard and similar materials in our little plays. We definitely exercised our minds and sustainability during those times, as well as team work (that was literally part of the scoring system, we almost won once but didn't really do the teamwork bit in one of the short challenges).

I love that you added stuff from your stash! To me, the point of your "craft box" was to use up stash - you not only helped someone use up their excess, you used up yours. Seeing what little you had left, made me think of another idea: a whole circle of crafters agreeing to do this, the first one doing a box and sending to #2, who does a project, then sends all the leftovers + stuff from her stash to #3, and so on. It would be fun to see what items get passed on the longest - the ones people had the hardest time figuring out how to use. I could also see the #3 person watching the #2 person video before they get their box, and as the supplies unboxed, saying which supplies they hope get passed on. I could also see a craft project getting passed around: #1 comes up with idea, puts together the supplies, and sends it on to #2, who has to guess what the idea is, assemble 3 -5 things, pass it on to next one, and so on, until the project is "finished". Interesting to see how it would evolve.

Incredibly well done! I am glad to have found your channel thanks to Ara! I have done a few collabs with her and consider her a friend as well! Hope to see more of these! Have a better day ... as I always say!

I've watched both & had just recently found the mini Channel from her finished Adam's family build. Love this concept!

I like that you put your craft level way below Ara, but then made this beauty with all the curves and details! Great job! I’m new to your channel...came over from Ara’s channel.

Hello and welcome 😁 I like to think I worked really hard to push myself and raise my creative bar so as not to embarrass Ara😂 I'm really happy I did though, I loved how everything turned out and got to make a wonderful friend in the process. Also Ara's end result is glorious so I look forward to another collab one day. So nice to meet you, thanks for commenting and I hope you have a great day! 🤗
