HIGHLY INFORMATIVE VIDEO!! If you can kindly document for most common Tamil foods and do as a blog page, it will be very helpful for people to have a print out in hand. Also, this can be used as a school project by your kids. (Can get creative and add food from local restaurants too/making sure there’s no copyright issues). Congratulations 🎉🎊 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Try to eat food in the below order will reduce the glucose spike Take fiber first , then protein and fat lastly carb I eat a bowl of salad or steamed broccoli Then any protein (eggs, paneer ,tofu ) Finally rice You will see a big difference Taking a walk after every meal also works. Good If possible try to read the book glucose revolution by Jessie inchauspe

Indian eat a lot of carbs - white rice, refined wheat, pulses, white sugar based sweets etc… that’s the problem. Intermittent fasting helps! Eat after 11am or 12pm - and Don’t eat after 6-7pm. It feels hard in the beginning but it works. Two meals is more than enough. The more we eat the more hungry or urge we feel to eat. Weight loss definitely helps. I am not talking about exceptions.
