Can you please post a video on how to build on a waterlogged land next to a ditch and the main drains of the main road which overflows during heavy rains Since my land is right next to the ditch and drains, it floods up ky house every rainy season due to overflowing of the adjoining.ditch and drains as my house is slightly lower than the main road height... I have no option other than demolishing tge old house and rebuild a new structure. Does not have much knowledge where to start from and how to get snout without incurring massive costs. Could you please advice through a new video... would be grateful if you could. Derived much knowledge from the above video. Thank you so much. I need more information on how to build a house on such water logged land which is not very hard soil.

Very helpful. Thank you so much. Are you in India or Srilanka. This project seems to be in the suburbs , so there is no hindrance to get rid of the excess water emerging from the land after excavation. Do we have to excavate so deep if it is only for a two storey house, and the land is situated near a ditch on the north boundary and drains on the main road on the western boundary. It is a filled up marshy land. What would be the best way to get the excess water drained out , as it is near a main road

Don’t you have to backfill the mud in layers and do compacting ?

Applying antitermite is incorrect can reduce its effectiveness. It is important to follow the instructions and not to put antitermite over the existing soil with water mix ratio changes. The soil may not absorb the antitermite evenly.
