Ich bin mit Condor 2016 in die Dominikanische Republik mit der Boeing 767 geflogen. Ich hatte mich darauf gefreut, weil ich noch nie Boeing 767 geflogen bin. Allerdings war die Kabine veraltet, die Sitze waren eng und wirklich schön war das Flugerlebnis nicht. Auf dem rückflug kam eine A330 von Thomas Cook aufgrund eines Vorgelschlags als Ersatz und die Rückreise war wirklich angenehm. Sobald Condor den A330 Neo im Einsatz hat, sind sie denke ich wirklich eine Alternative zu anderen Airlines.

I will never fly with Condor again. I bought a ticket with free cancellation which is much more expensive. And today when I tried to cancel the flight they said it was only free for the first flight. And that's how I lost 2,000 dollars!! Can't believe it's an airline. It feels more like a scam company

I definitely do not recommend you and advise everyone not to travel with you! After many problems while traveling from the United States and a complaint filed in July of this year, I still have not received any information on the matter! The only thing you are able to write every two months is that you have a lot of requests and I have to wait for my turn. Dear all, I have already been waiting since July! How much longer do I have to wait? Usually I am far from making this kind of judgment, but my patience has just run out. You are nothing more than scammers and a company that preys on its customers. I would like to inform you that I am reporting my case to the authorities and institutions dealing with this type of case. I wish you the best of luck in continuing your business! So far it seems that you are doing great!

Das ist Ryanair für die Langstrecke. Wirklich räudig. Diese LED Bänder sind in jedem Kinderzimmer verbaut, da muss man nicht so viel labern. Die Zeit von komfortablem Reisen scheint definitiv vorbei zu sein.
