Wenn man das Gewinde der Dehnschrauben mit Öl benetzt stimmt doch das Anzugsmoment nicht mehr oder reicht eine 1/4 Umdrehung anschließend.

Это не так работает, болт от растяжения удерживает соединение, поэтому мазать маслом обязательно, иначе раньше ключ сработает, от сопротивления трения, а болт не растянется и момент затяжки ослабнет

Доворот на градус - это чисто заводская тема, так как устанавливаются абсолютно новые и чистые детали, а по-хорошему надо все болты динамометрическим ключом крутить

É uma tira de plástico que no pré aperto, depois de voltar a desmontar, esse plástico através de uma escala, mostra se está dentro da tolerância. Tal como viu certamente no vídeo ele a comparar o esmagamento do plastgeit. Isso serve para saber a folga para o filme de óleo. Não pode ficar justo nem muito folgado. Espero ter ajudado. Um abraço de Portugal.

I'm a mechanic, I have work on that V6, Mitsubishi, has got to be some of the bone-headed ist engineers in the business, I have rebuilt many motors, and all I did was put a timing chain on that thing, it's the only one I've done and I will never do another one, you can most certainly find a privately-owned shop to work on it, you need to find one that specializes in them, consequently there not going to be cheap.

A real mechanic has over $1000000 in the Bank by the time he's 30, a"good"mechanic is not cheap, I hate it when somebody calls me stupid, but, you are aware that a real mechanics got over $50,000 in a toolbox, you understand.... 6ft tall, four or five feet wide, a box with 10 or 12 drawers, sitting on top of a larger box with wheels on it, with five or six different size drawers, and I guess if you don't believe me you can touch a few buttons and get the real truth.

@@yolisurich4025 yeah and by the way, a"good"mechanic, can work on any car and rebuild the transmission the motor anyting on the car front to back, that requires about$100,000 dollars in tools,so I'm sorry if things are expensive to be worked on, what kills me is some rich person who thinks, a good mechanic doesn't make more than they do, sometimes they will get the fingernails dirty, but if a (good) mechanic, is flown from whatever country is into Kuwait or England or somewhere, to work on some billionaires car, it's because, he's a good mechanic, and any mechanic, who can do that Montero V6, does not want to work on that piece of s*** because of the design of the idiot engineers, that motor would make a great boat anchor, nobody (a mechanic) wants to work on your old piece of s*** Mitsubishi, rebuilding the motor, ain't worth the scrap money you would get from melting the car down, I don't want to hurt your feelings, and I pray to the Lord above it is not a sentimental turd.... But just let it go, or expect to pay ten times what it's worth right now, and that would be of the motor was running well,

Какой нахер ресурс, у меня октавия А7 и ремень бегает по 300тыщ в такси, а их конченная цепь еле 100К км выхаживает и рвётсячаще чем ремень

Уже не все так очевидно Втулочно-роликовая цепь, это да... А на а5 ресурс цепи чуть за 100т. Км И, порой, рвется(

The technician should have been using latex gloves when handling the bearings... The salt-ridden oils on the human skin can cause premature corrosion of the bearing, and provide a surface that repulses the extremely thin layer of engine oil that MUST be between the bearing surface and the crankshaft... Also , a few drops of engine oil on the lower bearing girdle bolt threads and thrust surface under the bolt heads, before torquing would have been a good idea... These details might sound trivial and insignificant, until one has to go back into a freshly overhauled engine, because of premature bearing failure, caused by these simple steps , that were not done properly...

А чо тебе не понравилось?? Что он губами проверил не забита ли масляная форсунка днища поршня, или зазоры в коленвале с помощью Kobelshmidt Plastigate? Ты пересобираешь через 600тыщ пробега не после них, крутишь от руки и дальше ходят, не благодаря их высокой точности с завода?

The crankshaft design is a bad design, the area of the crank that has no side to contain oil from exiting the side of the Rod is going to bleed oil off the side and these will wipe out bearings and crank.

Plastigauge? Bwaahahaha I knew this guy didn't know what he was doing the instant I saw him put the tang end of the bearing in the saddle first. Plastigauge is for people too cheap to buy some micrometers. They aren't that expensive. Buy a few less Pokémon whatever for your spoiled kid.
