Finishing the 5th Step of the Peugeot Onyx Starway Event on Asphalt 9. Making the decision on whether to star up the car to 5 stars or leave the Star Up pending in my garage.

You need to do that one first, that's why you have to do 2 full rotations on the last step for the Onyx and Speedtail. He messed up by not deleting the 14 (+1 after) and then sitting at 51, doing it again and having enough to start up means you don't get the Starway again.

There is a argument for not collecting the blueprints. If you wanna collect tokens and credits you can do the starway level where you left off each time it comes back around if you never collect the blueprints. The risky thing is you don’t have the blueprints of course and you don’t know when the event will come back

Yes your strategy is absolutely correct. Save the star up for 5*, unless its required for some event. The starway will repeat every 3 months for a year, this is exactly what gl said about starways in patch notes. The cycle will alternate between huracan - onyx - speedtail - huracan... Etc

Now next year there 'COULD' be new starway events or they could decide to cancel starway events. Its entirely speculation, we have to wait and see next year for that.

I wonder if they patch it up. I had the same problem with Evo. My Evo was at 0* 43/45 before the event. I didn't know about that trick and lost 2* step with 17 BPs because of that when I starred up the car 2* in a row...

I had it one star already. I hope I didn't start it up or missing 2 more BPs to start it up. Next time they have a Starway it may not be Onyx. It may actually never be another Onyc Starway. At some point we may be given a way to get BPs for it but I see it no sooner than a year from now. More than 50 BPs is a lot to fight for.Will we still be playing or even care for it?

I have a question, should i stop playing 5th step and not staring up to 4* because not enough bps to max. I lost 23bps in 2nd step due to accidentally clicked the star up after unlocking. I have 27/50 bps extra last year season then i lost 23bps in 2nd step. So i have 3bps extra.

😡 DAMMIT!! I wish I would've watched this 12 hours ago, before I'd starred my Onyx to 3* then 4*! I wasn't going to be able to 5* it, because my P1 was 16 BPs short of being maxed. My plan WAS to hold off for 15 days and see how many P1 bp's I'd "organically" pick up just playing the game. But my patience lasted all of 1 day. So instead, I just spent 3,000 tokens on Starway packs to pick up those 16 BPs. I just HOPE the Onyx is going to be a good car for touch-driving at 5* and 3,900 rank! Oh, and BTW, it costs a f**king fortune to upgrade! I spent 4,000,000 credits just getting it to 3,209 rank! I can't imagine how much it's going to cost to bump it up from 3,209 to 3,900! 😳

Yes once you click 'star up' for the 5th star, the event will disappear and you can never play it again, even when it returns.
