All I can say is that after 16 1/2 years sober, but still struggling emtionally, hearing Bob D explain the underlying emotional aspects of alcoholism gives me hope for improving my upon my recovery efforts.

Listened to you share on a zoom tonight Bob...... you carved your way into the very core of my disease. I've heard your shared before on KZbin but the reason tonight's share got me so deep is because I am just sat basically doing next to nothing pretending I've got it all going on but deep inside like you share, my illness is swirling and churning and simmering at times waiting to erupt. I connected tonight... God blessed you with that ability to touch an alcoholics soul. Thank you

Man this bloke. Is. Sober as long. As. I am old maybe I got his addiction haha. Love listening to AA speakers loads of longevity that's not in CA I've only meet 1 sober & recovery since 85 amazing stuff love. bob D
