@@whiskeysudsjackwagon8510 If you pay attention Kevin also tried to spin him out later on in the race. The older drivers know that it's a respect thing to give and take. Brad easily could've given more than he did and Kevin seeing another old school driver who has more than enough accolades not to be disrespected like that, it's got to make him think "clearly this little shit doesn't know how to play by our rules." So when he does the shoving there, it's more of a "Here, kid. You made your bed; lie in it." type of deal.

I love how Harvick stayed on Brad’s bumper making him loose when he could’ve gone for the win. Shows good character and an understanding of knowing that was fucked up. Going into turn 3 before the white flag. Harvick if going for the win would’ve gotten Jimmie loose to let him slide into Brad and him slide through on the bottom. Not letting Brad win for what he did was awesome. I’m a huge Jeff fan but, in the words of ole’ Benny. “He can drive the wheels off that car.” On behalf of Harvick. He was out for him. Listen to the onboard

Boy. Texas usually was a track to never look forward to as a Gordon fan. 1997- Crash 1998- Crash 1999- Crash 2000- Crash 2004- Battery problems 2005- 2 mid-pack finishes 2006- mid-pack in spring race 2008- Crash and ill-handling car in spring race 2009- Ill-handling car in fall race 2010- Crash; crash 2011- Rough spring race 2012- Mid-pack in fall race 2013- Broken hub; Crash 2014- This incident Out of all the tracks on the circuit, I think it's safe to say that over the years, Texas was the track I-- as a Gordon fan-- was looking forward to the least. Out of 30 starts he made at the track, he either got snake-bit or a not-so-good finish in 16 of the races. He got 1 win, 3 runner-up finishes, 9 top-5s, and 14 top-10s at the track out of 30 starts. W/ 16 finishes of 13th or worse, and 6 of those being DNF's, you know that this is a track Gordon fans wouldn't mind being taken off the schedule.

As a Gordon fan I was a little shocked at Jeff’s response.. It was actually a lil hard to understand simply because Iv seen Jeff, Do exact same things on restarts early in his career.. There was in fact a gap for a split second, BK filled the gap.. it’s what your suppose to do as racing driver..

Laughable that Brad thought it was okay to force it three wide. If you are behind the leaders, it's always your fault if you try that move.

Jeff got the worst of that. Harvick had no business getting involved. Not a fan of brad but he shot thru the hole and Gordon came down. A lot of people would have made the same move racing for the win on last lap, or coming to white.

DaleE988 That's what makes me mad as hell about it even to this day about this "incident". Brad was completely in his rights there. He did nothing wrong there. That was Gordon having no idea that the 2 was going to actually race for the win. Then the brawl on pitroad was retarded because like just let them fight with one another. The brawls with 50 teams looks stupid and makes the sport look stupid as fuck. Brad did nothing wrong, Gordon did nothing wrong. Racing happened and one guy got bent out of shape as he usually does. Look at the Bowyer shit and you've got Jeff Gordon.

Became a big supporter of Brad this night. If he had raced Jeff dirty that's one thing. But there was a hole and Jeff tried to close it back up after Keselowski had already filled it. Majority blame on this goes to Gordon.

There wasn't a hole. I think Brad thought there was one, then tried to force his way past, but really watching this, there was never enough room to make that move work. I'll give it to Brad that in the end it's a racing move. He probably should have waited, but I understand he was going for the win. Can't blame Gordon for being angry about it though, it cost him a good finish. That is racing though.

Harvick acted like a little child. by the way what kind of race car driver doesn't take a chance if he sees a hole open up and this might be an opportunity for him to win. I don't respect anyone that acts like Gordon did when he wrecked Clint Bowyer. And lets not forget Clint had a shot at the championship.

lol what the fuck are you even talking about? Did you even watch Gordon's last few seasons? This happened in 2014 when Gordon was racing for the championship. 4 wins, 23 top 10's, over 1000 laps led, and he was leading the points before this race. It's funny how some of you morons remember things only how you want to remember them and not how they actually were.
