how to make khandvi: 1 cup mug flour of chana 2 mug cup water 1 teaspoon salt ( not full) sugar( 1 tablespoon full) then put all this in a sufuria then continuosly mix with a wood stick until it is hard. then pour on a platefoam use a wood stick to lay flat on a platefoam. then do vaagar put oil in a kadai or small sufuria let it become hot then put rie let it crackle then put jeeru let it crackle then put taal then put limbro and then put green chillies grinded. then pour this vaagar on the khandvi b4 rolling. then after that you can roll the khandvi. arrange the rolled khandvis on tray. then on top of the rolled khandvis put grated coconut dry or fresh. then put coriander green cut them very tiny then sprinkle on top the rolled khandvis. and ur khandvis is ready to be served
