On my recent visit to Lucknow, I called Chef Brar and asked him if he can set us up at some Nawabs house here and he like always graced us with the offer. We went to Rizwi Sahab house where we learnt how they still use the same recipes used thousands of years back and how he secretly got the recipes from the khansamas as they would not let anyone know what special and secret masala they were using. This will go down as one of my very special videos as I learnt a lot about the Mughlai food and tasted it along too :)
