this is most likely a hardware unit that had samples of voices in it. I researched samples in this song and couldnt find any so this is most likely a sound pack vocal that timbaland incorporated into the beat. Timbaland used the same hardware sample sound “ahh” that was made famous in Nelly and Kelly Rowland “No matter” m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZqrZhJ6PpbuNlas if you’re able to click this link you can hear the same “ahh” sample in this 90’s track that Timbaland produced.
