Hi Sanjeev, thank you! True, the sugar can be adjusted as preferred. About using Palm Jaggery, I wouldn’t recommend it for this recipe. Palm jaggery has a strong, wonderful and earthy taste of its own and by adding it to the Aam panna, the flavour of the drink could change quite dramatically. There is no harm trying of course, this is just my view. Would you try it?
