In this aam papad recipe I have shown process to make spicy and flavourful aam papad from raw mango (kaccha aam). Aam papad recipe is already on my channel but that is made from ripe mangoes, this kacche aam recipe is requires very less ingredients. This aam papad recipe details every step using which even beginners can make aam papad( kacche aam ka papad) which tastes like aam papad we get on the market.
Ingredients:
Raw/unripe mango-750 gm(peeled, deseeded and washed)
Sugar-100 gm
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Chat masala powder-1/3 tsp
Black salt-1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
Ghee/oil-1 tbsp
