Balanced diet us 40 percent good fat such as good quality cheese good grass fed butter, good quality desi ghee, cook food in tallow , 40 percebt good quality protein such as oasture raised eggs, grass fed beef, goat ir sheep avacdi, organic dires fruuts mainky walnuts and 20 percent good quakutu low gkycemic index carbs also make sure eat fat and protein first then eat kow glycemuc carbs as it will lower the gkycemuc index and cafbs woll enter the blood slowly so you will not have buv i sulin spike. Also one more advise try to eat fiid 2 times onky lasf food should be at 6 pm and tben only water ubtil brark fasf at 7

High carb diets are damaging avoid taking carbs 50% is too much. Aamir Khan should focus on acting. Probably he didnt hear about Ketones and cons of glucose.
