Aur capital gain account Mai full sale amount deposit Krna hoga ya only capital gain bhi kr sakte hain??? Aur kya mai CGAS se amount plot kharidne ke liye nikal sakta hu, then uske baad construction kr sakta hu to avail tax benefit??? Aur kya without registration rural area Mai Jo properties hoti hai kya usme investment krne ke liye pese nikaal skta hu??? Aur kya plot residential hona jaruri hai??? आपको लॉस कहां हुआ। आपको तो 6 लाख रुपए का फायदा हुआ। हालांकि आपका ट्रांजैक्शन 23 जुलाई 2024 के पहले हुआ है इसलिए इंडेक्सेशन का फायदा मिलेगा । यानी पुराने तरीके से ही कैपिटल गेन्स टैक्स कैलकुलेट होगा। आप हमारे कैलकुलेटर से चेक कर लीजिए कि कोई टैक्स बन भी रहा है या नहीं।

अगर घर खरीदते हैं तभी टैक्स बच पाएगा। इसके अलावा लॉन्ग टर्म कैपिटल गेन्स टैक्स बचाने का कोई रास्ता नहीं है। कैपिटल गेन अकाउंट सिर्फ टैक्स को टाल देता है। टैक्स बचाता नहीं है।
