इस वीडियो में हमने दिखाया है कि कैसे ₹76,58,750 के केपिटल गेन पर केवल ₹3,27,875 लॉन्ग टर्म कैपिटल गेन्स टैक्स होगा। ये अमाउंट कुल कैपिटल गेन का 4.28% है जबकि अगर हमारी तरकीब नहीं अपनाते तो ₹9,57,344 (12.5%) टैक्स देना होता। हमारी इस तरकीब पर आपकी क्या राय है?

Please reply residential plot bechne ke baad agar capital gain 3273500 (according to new rule), aur tax 410000 hai, aur is paise ko mai capital gain account me rakh leta hu, aur CGAS time expire hone ke baad agar mai tax bharta hu tau tax 410000 hi hoga ya extra dena hoga??? Aur capital gain account Mai full sale amount deposit Krna hoga ya only capital gain bhi kr sakte hain??? Aur kya mai CGAS se amount plot kharidne ke liye nikal sakta hu, then uske baad construction kr sakta hu to avail tax benefit??? Aur kya without registration rural area Mai Jo properties hoti hai kya usme investment krne ke liye pese nikaal skta hu??? Aur kya plot residential hona jaruri hai??? Agar mai part of agriculture land kharid ke uspe construction kr sakta hu??? Please reply,

You have not taken into account stamp duty, registration and brokerage paid on property, every time you buy and sell property.

2022 मे प्लाट बेचकर राशि Capital gain a/c. में जमा की हे, माँ से 2023 में मकान गिफ्ट में प्राप्त हुआ जिसकी ragistry के लिये 3,65,000 खर्च किये, अभी मकान बनाने की योजना नहीं है, 2025 में capital gain account की राशि वापसी पर किस दर से It कटेगा, 12.5%.या 20%से, राशि बैंक से ही टैक्स काटकर वापस मिल जाएगी या अन्य कारवाई करना होगी

Mam, mujhe to property sell karke loss hua hai. 9 lakh ka plot purchase kiya tha 2013 mei aur uska price increase nahi hua 10 yrs ke baad bhi. Finally wo plot maine 15 lakh mei sell kiya. To kya capital gain tax lagega mujhe. Please reply anyone knowledgeable person.

आपको लॉस कहां हुआ। आपको तो 6 लाख रुपए का फायदा हुआ। हालांकि आपका ट्रांजैक्शन 23 जुलाई 2024 के पहले हुआ है इसलिए इंडेक्सेशन का फायदा मिलेगा । यानी पुराने तरीके से ही कैपिटल गेन्स टैक्स कैलकुलेट होगा। आप हमारे कैलकुलेटर से चेक कर लीजिए कि कोई टैक्स बन भी रहा है या नहीं।

अगर घर खरीदते हैं तभी टैक्स बच पाएगा। इसके अलावा लॉन्ग टर्म कैपिटल गेन्स टैक्स बचाने का कोई रास्ता नहीं है। कैपिटल गेन अकाउंट सिर्फ टैक्स को टाल देता है। टैक्स बचाता नहीं है।
