My father had purchased the land in 1971 Thereafter ,he had constructed the residential building in different phases of time period for different floors and finally the last and third floor was completed in 1975. Now my parents died in 2017 , before their death a legal will had been prepared by them in favour of the we two brothers. Now we wish to sell this property. He died died at the age of 69yrs. due to heart attack in 1983. but before his death he left a valid Will in 1982 in my favour. After the death of my mother in 2007.
