I work as mental health practitioner and I have huge respect for Aaron talking so bravely and articulately about his experiences. People like yourself are huge role models and actively challenge the stigma round mental health and the point that anyone in society can be affected. Your humility and candour are inspiring.

Lennon is a football legend imo. Every time he got the ball on the wing for spurs, the sound of everyone’s seats going up was crazy. You always thought he was going to do something with the ball. Thanks Lennon for all the memories!

Thank you to Aaron for speaking out. He's 100% right that we need to normalise these conversations. I am so glad he got the help he needed, that he didn't give in to those dark thoughts and that he's still in this world to share his story. We need more people like him

Ste was very reserved throughout the session...thinking his prior issues were keeping him back...was probably very good for him to listen to this. I am 60yrs old and ex-military, saw some things...more than not it was the way it affected the guys around that impacted me. Talking is the KEY>....

Lennon is the one England winger in the golden generation who didn't have Space Jam syndrome. In both 2006 and 2010, he took his man on, went down the outside and put in dangerous balls. People always compared Lennon and Walcott, but there was never any comparison. Lennon was clear as a winger. Frightening pace, acceleration, and good feet in tight spaces to go with it.
