Wearing a mask isn't as harmful as you are putting out. People with congestive heart problems actually improved their health by wearing masks. And no, a mask isn't a bag. When I visited the doctor, I did put a mask on. I felt a little lung congestion and I didn't want to give anyone anything. And I wish that mother with the sick child sitting behind me, during a different visit would've had the same consideration as others and me, by wearing a mask (and her kid) and not spreading her obvious sick kid's whatever onto me.
