Going through a really hard time due to a breakup of my 15yr marriage, I cried during this meditation and it was the first real release of energy I’ve had during the last 10 weeks. I asked my higher self to show me the way and help me. He said trust the universe, there are magical things and happiness you cannot imagine in store for you. Much needed thank you Aaron. I’ve listened to so many of your vids about letting go during the last 10 weeks. This came at the right time, indeed! Been feeling extremely lonely, depressed and lethargic for the longest time, and just been feeling very empty as of late. I saw myself in a temple like setting in a higher dimension face to face with my higher self who came in the form of a Guru. Why is it that anytime I try doing a meditation like this, when it gets to the higher self part, and “what does my higher self say to me” MY HIGHER SELF NEVER SAYS ANYTHING. What I think is that, your higher self is yourself,, so in this case you tell yourself what you want to hear,, THAT, particular thing that you have always wanted, but for some reason you just couldn't get it,, So your higher self, is here to solve all your problems,, tell yourself whatever you want, thus telling your higher self, and listen to it, telling you exactly what you want you hear, but make sure your higher self is standing in front of you,, ,. It's all imagination,, just connect and dream,, if you do this for a few days, it will become second nature, which means your brain is accepting it.. Anyway that's how I do it,, I don't know if anyone has a better explanation

Fear of the unknown could be blocking your message - reassure yourself its ok to hear, its safe to hear, you're open to hear the message, and then phrase "if you have a message, let me hear" - sometimes the messages will come in feelings, or just thoughts, or maybe an image. This is my experience and I hope it helps ☺

This happens to me, too. It's rare that I'll actually hear any words at all, whether it's my Higher Self or another being I'm connecting with in this way. I actually don't think I've ever heard a single word directly and in the moment, unless it's Light language. But, the way I feel, it's that the message is just not usually meant to come out in words for me. Sometimes, it's expressed in hand gestures in the moment of meditation. Other times, it's expressed later that night or that week in a dream, or the message just comes gradually over time with synchronicities. Trust the process. Your message will be given to you in Divine Right Timing and in the Divine Right way it's meant to appear.

I just recently started meditation about 3 wks ago and I landed on your page by accident. I lost my love to cancer last September quickly, after only 9 months of learning he had it. After that, I questioned life/death/afterlife. I've been doing your 3rd eye meditation for 2 weeks and today stumbled onto this one. I asked my higher self questions, she gentally puts her forehead against my, and her hands besides my ears, and said "Sit tight and relax, you are ok, he is coming to you" then she showed me 2 places. My higher self was glowing, beautiful and looks fantastic. I put one hand on my heart and one on hers, as she does the same. Then I could feel the love from her flows to me and I glow as well. I said come to me, then she shift like an energy inside me, and I become her, I become my higher self.

This is tremendously powerful! I feel overwhelmed with love (in the best way) and very active in my heart chakra and especially my crown chakra. I feel as though I've absorbed energies that were previously dormant, and awakened all aspects of my being. This is where it's at! Will continue for 21 days and update!

Day 3: During the part of the meditation where my Higher Self had his hand on my heart and mine on his, I actually physically extend my hand. On my extended hand, it felt ice cold, and my heart super warm. I definitely feel my Higher Self's presence during this part, as well as unconsciously when I go about my daily routine. I am immune to negative thoughts, and I feel so free! This is definitely where it's at! This meditation came at the most perfect time in my journey, and I can't wait to see what the coming days and weeks have in store!

Day 6: Wow. Most powerful experience I've ever had during a meditation. My Higher Self had many very clear messages and answers. The ones that stuck out the most were: "Embody your true self NOW!" "I am with you" "Always stay positive" and "Keep your morality strong through adversity." These were all shockingly relevant and I truly feel like I'm firmly in the Love vibration. I also felt a burst of "colors" at my heart center when Aaron hit 10 on the 2nd countdown, and my Higher Self kissed my third eye after I thanked him. Whew, what an experience!

Day 13: I've definitely immersed myself even more in my spiritual practice lately, and the connection with my Higher Self grows even stronger through this meditation. He let me know that this coming week (after I asked 'is there anything I need to watch out for?') that things will happen that seems like coincidences, but are important to pay attention to. I already see so many synchronicities and have for quite a while, so much so that I kind of take them for granted, but my Higher Self specifically said "pay attention." I will absolutely make it a point this week to stay present during my daily routine/activities! Will update at the end of the week!

Day 21: What a powerful and transformative process! The synchronicities I have received have just been almost too amazing to be true! They all have to do with my biggest manifestation yet...and I intuitively know that it is here! My Higher Self said "Claim it. It's yours" and I was moved to tears of joy! DAY 2 Meditation 🧘‍♀️ First of all yesterday was amazing. It was better than I imagined. My higher self was with me. I even felt my inner child. Its so much that happen. Love and Joy. I was able to let go of the biggest thing holding me back. FEAR! After today mediation my inner child join us and from the start of the meditation my higher self was there. When I placed everything in the trunk my inner child was there and higher self. We laughed and giggled as I placed each thing inside. I realizes these things or trouble aspect of my life are very small. We closed the trunk together. Proceeded to listen. So I can go on and on our place was space midnight sky with shooting stars. We sat in a circle holding hands. My Higher Self disappeared on the cloud part. This moment apologize to my inner child. She sat back to back and held my hands. I asked are you mad at me . She then sat in my lap and said no I love you. Right then I said I love you to but...Then I thought about all the times I abandoned her. I felt peace. At this point my higher self face appeared. I asked my questions and she shrunk and walked towards us. Sat down and told me persistence and love this will be our next journey. This is what you keep missing. I looked at my inner child as she smiled and said LOVE. Ahhhhhh the freedom. I had gave up on my dreams and stop loving me . The refuse to let me go back All is forgiven. The place I imagned to be at was a temple, a temple in Nepal. It happened naturally, but as I looked around it seemed like egypt, with drawings and big statues representing gods and goddesses. There was 2 monks each one by my side meditating with me, and as my higher self came through I was blown away by her divinity and beauty. I ended up leaving my body floating through space, experiencing my ego dissolve, and understanding the world is not real, that I was simply pure consciousness. In this meditation, I found the part of me that observes , who doesn't feel. It was difficult to pin because it didn't want to be seen. Has anyone else done this meditation?

Every time I listen to this meditation, I have dreams of my twin flame. I kid you not. Every. single. time. The only recent disappointment is that I reached out after 4 years of no contact and sent him a friend request. After a month, he undid the friend request. Back to square one.

@@Dana_Lynn the butterfly is the symbol for someone who is under mk ultra mind control. A lot of female celebrities have butterfly tattoos or wear butterfly costumes, like miley cyrus and britney spears. Alice in wonderland is a movie that is used to create mind control and hence be used as a trigger to summon an alter ego. Supposedly, most super famous celebrities are mind controlled. So, it is very odd that Aaron has these in full display. I would love his thoughts on that. I like him; but spiritual leaders can be controlled too.

@kathieplant8938 Butterflies are also symbolic for a ton of other things.. like rebirth, progress, transformation, plus they are beautiful.. its possible for someone to just like butterflies and want a tattoo of one. And maybe he just likes the movie Alice in Wonderland. I highly doubt he's mind controlled.

I have just listened to this after pulling an oracle card and it telling me I need to connect to my higher self. I really don’t know how to do this but I will listen to this, it’s a promise I’ve just made to myself. I’m always breaking promises especially to myself!!! I cried, and felt my left hand on my heart going tingly. I so need to reconnect to who I am, I’ve been at this trying for so long ❤
