Wanted to let you know that I just heard your interview with Andre and I am so glad you shared your story of living with your abusive stepmother. I had an abusive stepfather, and I’ve spent the past 2 years (since going no-contact with him and my mother) feeling this intense hatred toward them both. I could never let it go, even though the rest of my life is great and I should be appreciating every moment. Hearing how you learned to forgive your stepmother seems to have unlocked something in me, I think I can really start to heal

This is the second guided meditation I've tried today where the music completely drowns out the person's voice. My ears are not young, so when it comes to speech and music combined, it can be a huge challenge to HEAR THE WORDS. I LOVE guided meditations accompanied by music, but not if I cannot HEAR THE GUIDE. PLEASE MAKE ONE WITH THE MUSIC VOLUME LOWER SO I CAN HEAR YOUR VOICE, this one does me no good at all. Thank you and Namaste.

Top 2 best meditations I've ever done and I've done loads of Aaron's and hundreds of other's. I went to my childhood home and went into the basement. Every sensory detail that basement when I was 3 1/2 came flooding back. Long story short it wasn't especially enjoyable but it was soooo powerful and necessary and healing. (What's healing is often not "fun", for me at least) I was an Aaron fangirl before and doubly so after this.

I feel like I'm already experiencing my shift, but this definitely helps reinforce everything I've been witnessing & where I know I'm going. Aaron -- your voice on this meditation is really good. There was a portion where I felt like you were talking in a soothing voice to your own child. That was a nice vision of you (in my opinion). Not to discount your current self, which is amazing. Just a different aspect of you that I could see playing out successfully.
