Honestly, I think this is just good and logical relationship advice for any type of relationship. Twin flames are a whole other level and the chasing has little to do with desperation and wanting romance and more to do with not wanting to face parts of yourself being mirrored back and resistance to growing (sometimes its just downright painful), or the intensity of the energy makes you back off so you can come up for air. People think that twin flame relationships are like some movie like romance and they found 'the one' and its supposed to work out to be a perfect happy ending and 'live happily ever after' (Disney really did a number on little girls), etc., but that's not what a twin flame relationship is. Sometimes there's romance, sometimes that's not possible, but the relationship is one of a kind and can be very intense and a rollercoaster ride because its about growth, not getting a perfect story book ending. There's an extreme amount of love there, but its pure; not polluted by ego. There can also be strong sexual attraction but it is not selfish, nor pushy, and will take a back seat to the pure love every time. This type of relationship is so extremely different that its more rare than common. People throw this around too easily these days. Before, it was soulmate this and soulmate that. Now its the twin flame label being tossed around. Everyone wants a life partner that will make them happy in life, but that's not the main purpose of a twin flame. You don't come across them to find the perfect partner and make your dreams come true. When they show up, its time to get to work, and its painful at times. Its completely different. The chasing and running is more like a dance; pushing and pulling. I don't like it being called chasing and running. More pushing and pulling because you're connected. Think of taffy or a rubber band. You pull apart and then pull back in. Running and chasing sounds more like a big cat running after a deer to catch it. Not desirable. And full of ego, expectations, and, yes, desperation.

I'd never been more obsessed with someone or felt such depth of connection, like looking into a mirror and seeing my reflection with her own autonomy. I think the biggest problem with the Twinflame situation is that most people fall in love and think that person is their Twin!! The person they are falling in love with is not necessarily their Twin!! In most cases that person doesn’t feel the same about them and leave the relationship and then it’s when the chases start to happen!! I personally believe that we do NOT need to chase anybody to begin with...specially our Twin !!! OurTwin will reciprocate the love very naturally!! Yeah. So done with that sick cycle. TF theory keeps you locked in only remembering the cosmic beautiful things. But those are gone. Had to face it and focus on all the things he did that in reality were disrespectful and probably shady. And that was a lot. He never did it to hurt me but that was just him. And I deserve better and realize I don't want that uncomfortable stuff back. You can be an earth angel and love unconditionally and he prob loves you the same but may never admit it again. I never really knew the whole him, who doesn't know how to love, after a certain point. Sad. Don't waste 5 years hoping for the potential. 10 years in total. Please don't. I would have argued against a comment like this before I got strong (probably due to the journey, ironically). Finally. Learned my worth and value. I now think this teaches you unconditional love for another but more importantly yourself. And when you hit that epiphany you can finally get mad and see the truth - it was never 100%sunshine. And then you can let go forever and make better choices and not be too understanding at your own expense.

Beautifully explained♡ took me till my 52nd bday to realize this. But now knowing that I exist in higher dimensions I no longer crave that só called " Twin~ Flame" because I am sooo content with ME I am soo loving myself in ways I never did before. But try to understand the fact that what is happening now is the reality. Don't be scared to accept the truth. Try not to be in contact with them as much as possible. You can share you love and care to someone who needs it. You cannot satisfy people who think they already have what you are trying to provide them. Look for things to change your mood. Get some good food you like to eat. Try cleaning your room. Keep some scent candles in your room. Get a pet and concentrate on them. You will find things get better when you are relaxed and keep your thoughts together. Trust me.!!

This is so true. Let go of things that don't serve you. Love yourself. Do wat makes you happy. Happiness comes from within yourself first. Love this video. Yes, all these chasers have self esteem issues. You do not see people who think well of themselves chasing people. I have low self esteem and attracted a twin who was a narcissist and ran away. 5 years and never came back. He is a goner. lol. I was the original person who asked you about twin flames.
