I too think about my ex (from a decade ago) from time to time but its become easier to just let it go... you could say that you're still healing and as you heal, it just becomes easier.

7 years for me. 7 years he wasn't in my life, living in another part of the country. I tried all that time to detatch myself from my desire for him. Then one day I did. The desire wasn't gone, I'd just let go of my attachment to it. And then he was there, & he was all mine. I know how far fetched it seems, but we've been together for the last 10 years & just got married. Truth really is stranger than fiction 🤷‍♀️.

@@aristonaragao3171 the idea of letting go is that you don't let go of the desire but the attachment, because when you are attached you keep on expecting the results and that leads you to not trusting the process. The key is to have the desire but let go of attachments and trust the process, if things are not going your way it does not mean its not working, it is working but at its own pace. You will get what you intend. Just trust..

This video just reminded me 3 months ago I went to travel alone to Berlin and one guy from the old group of friends wrote me dm message and I was extremely surprised because before that I experienced huge broke up and just wanted a conversation with another boy.
