my question is once you start a company how do you get the clients vs the other companies with a bunch of experience.

This is a great question! The answer is twofold first 95% Estate Sales companies in America are Mom and Pope and have no professionalism. We go up against other companies all the time and we charge more than other companies and we usually get to work and the main differentiator is our professionalism. Secondly, people do business with who they know so if nobody knows you, nobody can do business with you. This is the one thing I think we’ve done really well is getting known by a lot of people in our area so that when they think about an estate sales they think about us.
