"Standing Leg Press" is a wonderful cue. Never thought of it like that, many thanks!

I have been deadlifting for years I used to do 550 lb which is not super amazing but it's pretty heavy but I took like 2 years off and I have been lifting weights in general for 17 years but sometimes you just need to relearn

He explains the 5 steps from the blue book very well. Also explains the reason why for each step. My only observation is that he is making what i consider a typical mistake teaching a girl - using too light a weight. Very light weight on DL teaches false bar path lessons. It floats around. Ideally use 60kg/135lbs. Minimum 40kg/95lbs for a small woman. This gives a truer bar path. Also the bar feels somewhat heavy in the hands, lifter can begin to set bottom position properly, lifter can practice taking slack out of the bar (click).

most parts seem pretty good but the over extension at the end motion should not be there

There is no over extension at the top

@@Francesco-cj3oi right at 2:00, 4:27, etc she definitely "overextends" a bit, throws her shoulders back in that typical "look at me, I finished the lift" pose. Cue should be: "just stand up"

@@Francesco-cj3oiIt's definitely an exterior pelvic tilt at the top. She should simply stand tall with her chest out.

try stretching a lil bit to increase mobility, and maybe place small weights bellow your ankles
