- Ab & Leg Workout -
You can use a looped resistance band as an option for this quick Pilates workout. You’ll alternate between Pilates ab exercises and leg exercises during this class. And if upper ab curls aren’t your thing, you can always move with a reverse curl in its place.
TIP: if you only have regular resistance bands, you can tie them so they make a looped resistance band.

Focused and short, which is great if you don't really feel like doing anything else, or as an add-on. I used an X-heavy resistance loop.
