SPONGE GOURD - 2 Nos. (500 GM)
CORIANDER LEAVES - 1 CUP
GREEN CHILLI - 2, CHOPPED
GINGER - 1 INCH
ROASTED PEANUT - 2 TABLESPOON
GARLIC - 5 TO 7 CLOVES
DESICCATED COCONUT - 2 TABLESPOON
DAHI / CURD - ¼ CUP
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 + ¼ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ + ¼ TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 1 + ½ TSP
SALT - 1 + ¼ TSP
DRIED FENUGREEK LEAVES - 1 TSP
EDIBLE OIL - 1 + 1 TABLESPOON
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
HING / ASAFOETIDA - ¼ TSP
ONION (BIG) - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
TOMATO (SMALL) - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
GARAM MASALA - ¼ TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES (TO GARNISH)
