Abac compressor Genesis controller

On the analog input for oil temperature measurement the MC2 has an PTC sensor but the DNAir seems to have an NTC, also the PCB seems to be different in the analog input part. At 25C it seems to have also ~1k resistence, just that it needs NTC. Do you have a code for this type of temperature sensor, ntc version?

Are these compressors made to work all day? I want it to stop when the max pressure is reached and start again when its at minimum pressure is there a way to do it from the control?

Hi, i have in my produciton ABAC formula ES 11, and display is like that, some problems is occured when i try to start compressor. on display it says that number of hours is exceeded, and i try to pres start and reset key together and compressor is runing, when i pres reset, it reset the error. but other day the same proces i did, and when i try to start compresor, the display start to flickering and display inmediately reset and start to flicker. flickering all screen and all LED. sometimes screen stays off for half of day and starts up byitself and start to flicker. is that control unit is bad?? there is 24volts power at control unit all the tame, but screen wont turn on. solutions? thanks. kind regards.

Hi I have 22/13 and just got message compression temp to high. From cold when building up temp rich 107⁰ before 2.5bar and just cut out. Can you give me any idea? Oil level or something else?

@@Compressors.online5421 one toped up The oil and is working. But worst start from 0.0 bar I have to switch it off before it reach 107 degrees. Then again and usually 3th time when it get to 2.9bar temp goes just to 96 and then fast running down to 48 and then is running fine. Seems like it struggle to push oil to the screw head at the start.

Hello. I have the Balma Oasis. The tank and screw compressor (under the hood) says 17bar (500LT). My controller doesn't allow a maximum pressure higher than 10 bar. Can I change this setting (With password?) Thank you.

If its a 10 bar compressor, then max is 10bar, same for 8 bar, you can't go higher than that, due to speed of motor, you have to change pulls to de-speed pump for higher pressure and change safety valves

Hi i have an old 1508 that i use as a backup compressor, should my newer one ever go down i run it briefly now and then to make sure it is still working Last time i ran it i noticed the dew point indicator ie the little switch to the left of the controller, was in the red zone What might cause this ? Hi, so if the dryer switch is on, you need to make sure the fuse in the control box (control layout should be inside panel) is ok and then, if ok check you have 240volt going to dryer

@@Compressors.online5421 Hi thanks for the quick response yes the switch is on and illuminated, since its illuminated i would presume the fuse is okay ? I will check the dryer is getting voltage i was thinking the dryer unit was perhaps needing recharged am i right in thinking this works similar to a cars air conditioning. this compressor will now be 15 years old
