I would love to move rural and get a place I could do minor repairs to in that area. Some of the beauties in areas like Detroit have been vandalized beyond repair, but not this one. I love the area, and this place is wonderful.

An absolute huge THANK YOU for showing this video! All the fairytale walkways and almost pristine interior without graffiti was a pleasure to the eye. Loved the stairway although the somewhat "coachhouse" on the side of this home, looked almost like a fortress it was very nice to see someone's home that is tucked away like a hidden castle but so sad noone as of yet has come to recuse it. I pray someone does. Again, thank you!

We are asking the same questions. We found out last month that 2 family members were murdered over 20 years ago and nobody told us. We tried to get the criminals living in my husband's 4 bedroom house arrested but the criminals were living in the beautiful home so they must be nice people. Wrong Wrong Wrong!! My husband's first wife is among the missing. What is so horrifying & mortifying is that criminals and batshit crazy people who have been using the name of the Victims & associated fraudulent identity aren't even being arrested. We stood with the death certificate & picture of one of our dead family members begging for the person living under their names and associated fraudulent identity to be arrested and even a picture of the Tombstone & the police won't arrest the people. We even have a message from a man who is getting paid as a SGT of a police department that doesn't understand the complaint!! The victims dead and we asked for the criminals responsible to be arrested.

home was winterized according to notice on door. so i would say it's vacant NOT abandoned. there's a difference ya know. could be the owner lost it to the bank, sold it back to the bank, putting it up for sale or simply temporarily vacated to winterize then may move back in. point is there are more logical assumptions than just calling it abandoned point blank. the trunks look like junk needing hauled off is all. prob last of the trash to go. js.

This house is not abandoned at all. If you read the paper on the front door (that have been put there quite recently if you look at the color and state of the paper), it says the house have been "winterized", which means most certainly that it's a summer house that have been properly closed and cleaned for winter and a security system installed. It's not closed since long because there are no spider webs on the padlocks and the floors are sparkling clean, no long accumulated dust there at all! Same thing for the windows, counters, etc. So yes, it's a beautifully and very old house with moss on its stones. You have been really respectful of the place and I hope others will do the same.
@MULTIPLESHOTSFIRED6 жыл бұрын
It had been recently taken over by the bank, which was about to auction it. It had not been lived in for years. The security system was years old and inoperable. Not at all a summer home. Fortunately the new owners are working to restore it.

It looked like there was a fish in the last trunk you opened. What is the story with buying these abandoned mansions? If there are no owners, can u squat on the property and then after a certain amount of time then its yours? I wouldn't do that just wondering how u get to own one if you are not a millionaire....even though it prob costs an outrageous amount to fix these places up, having to redo the entire structure. The land itself has to be worth allot....has to be a catch or people would be there.

I want to also thank you for not breakng into this beautiful home. It was obvious by the pad licks etc. that this home is probably not abandoned and owned by someone. I have a feeling many of these explorers (I surely hope not) break into many of the videos shown. And why do they always carry back packs. They are not supposed to vandalize or steal anything during the explore. But those backpacks on up to five explorers with backpacks on one explore???? Why? Just curious cuz cameras are usually being carried in the hands. Does anyone know why all the backpacks on easy explorers????
