Abandoned 1956 International Metro used as marine salvage van out of Texas. Will it Run after 60 yrs

In this episode of Iron City garage, Clay gets to work on the 56th international metro van. If you haven’t yet, check out the other van from a few weeks back these two vans came out of Texas a few months back. out of the two this one has the complete engine in it. Fun fact, Aerosmith used this type of van as its first touring van before they became world renowned. This was type of van was also featured in American pickers when the original band van was purchased.

i agree you had 2 choices go all the way with v-8 and spend big bucks only to find out everyone that wants it would say well if it was a sbc or ls or something else or sell as is and let them fix the way they want price seems reasonable

Please "gut" the van & put in an LS motor & Trans on a new frame oh nice fat tires on rear , a little smaller on the front & lower it , transfer steering to RHD fix up body Work then ship it to Melbourne Australia Thanks that's awesome mate 🙄🙄😮😮😮😮😁😁🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
