Back in 98, I bought a 64 Bel Air from my friend for $800. It had a 400 SBC and a TH400 that someone had put in it. Had no rust that I seen on it. Interior was all original and in perfect condition. It had been repainted a metallic blue. Had it for a summer than sold it to get some parts for my 78 Z28. Kind of regret selling it now.

my oldest gm was a 59 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz with a 390 if i remember rite. man she floated on air and drove like a dream. top speed was 90 until the tree brought us to a dead stop not to mention shortening the wheel base 4 feet. man i miss that car. but i was 17 and stupid. great vid

My one of my best friends from High School has one, paid $75 dollars for it in 1987 when we were 15 and still has it today. His is white and a 4 door with green interior, it now has a green laced roof the same color green wheels with the Chevy truck center caps and the interiors been redone the original green color. It's a SHARP car. He replaced the engine a few years ago but I'm not sure what he put in it, but it had a 230 in it then and I believe it's got a 305 in it now.

My cousin got a like new 62 Biscayne 2 door with the 283 power-glide in the early 70s. my uncle was the head sales guy at Steakley bros Chevy so he got us plenty ofclassic low mileage cars back then but the biscayne felt new. l think it had less than 20k on the odometer. You couldnt hear it running. Stand a nickle up on the radiator cap. best car l ever drove. Best engineered.
