I think the machines at 8:00 are for sterilization because of the ethylene oxide sign. Maybe an autoclave and gas sterilization chamber for medical supplies.

9:51 that’s a fluoroscopic x-ray machine which makes x-ray video in real time. Very fascinating form of radiography.

I see one x-ray machine with the head gone (stolen, maybe). The other two are fluoroscopes. The device above the bed with the fringe hanging down (which is protection from scattered x-rays if someone has to move the device while the beam is on) contains the fluorescent screen and an intensifier which sends it to a monitor. The x-ray heads are above the table and to one side here, but in use they'd be moved under the table to fire the beam up through the patient. Much safer than the old machines wherein the doctor stared at the fluorescent screen directly.

It’s near me and I’ve been in there multiple times I think they operated it in the 90s but it closed in 2003

Don't fuck with x ray machines too much they have highly radioactive materials in them, Just some friendly advice for you. No one wants a lethal dose of radiation poisoning. Stay safe out there love the video:)

They only produce radiation when turned on. They do not store any radiation

The only machines which contain radioactive material are some cancer treatment machines-- and not all cancer treatment machines, most are particle accelerators which, luike x-ray machines, only generate radiation when high voltage is applied to the vacuum tube inside.
