Not sure if you do places that have no trespassing signs, but there's an abandoned Motel 6 here in Utah I could give you the street of. Are the beds still there? The lamps? Hotel Bibles? Soaps, shampoo, conditioner? Who knows? All I know is I'm not going there because of the no trespassing signs.

Franchise owners are required to put money aside for future renovations and sometimes owners to appropriately save or there are other financial factors such as city, county, state ordinances that make it too expensive to keep running it.

This Walmart was located in Bedford nh and it is a whare house now and when the construction started my dad and the company that he was working for called SL Chase worked on that building back in 2022 when it was turned into a warehouse the building was not demolished and I remembered when that store closed in 2019 I went there with my mom and I took photos of the store in its last days

I had a family member who worked there and left after that because of the odors and bad management as well sad too something like that go downhill
