Yep, that was precious. My father and I had those kind of memories together as well, but mostly either together under the hood in the garage, or under the hood on the side of the road, or under the hood in some parking lot. Yep, it was a '71 Fiat Special 124 sedan, and yep, not much more needs to said other than it definitely was a "Fix It Again Tony" Special 😂. Great times for sure! If I only could relive the early to mid 70's again...(sigh).

A Ford in a F.O.R.D (Field Of Rusty Dreams) Not sure if I can do Friday, Friday is usually wobbly pop day. A guy probably shouldn't operate a confuser while he's under the alfluence of incohol . I got myself half hammered once watched a a video a while ago, some guy ran his battery down trying to start a Mitts-a-bushy rice burner. I tried giving him a boost over the inter webs and fried my wife's confuser, figured I must have hooked the cables up backwards, it only smoked for an hour. Be careful in that tall grass, there could be some of them Danger Noodles hiding there. I found myself in a similar situation not long ago, I saw one in the grass got the ax and chopped it up in 20 pieces, looks like I finally found the garden hose I lost last year Oh well, what do you do. Looks like Saturday is not a good day for me either, promised the wife I'd shave her back...What are you doing on Sunday?

I'm a 65 year old grandpa and some of the best memories of my life were laying on the cold garage floor with my dad getting some kind of piece of junk running. I still remember being about Bradley's age and smashing Dad's thumb with a hammer while "helping" him reline brakes on an old Renault Dauphine. They were good engines. I had a Ford with a fuel-injected inline-six and despite the miles, ran like a champ. Due to the low HP and heavy weight of the vehicle and the automatic transmission, I typically either had the pedal planted to the floor or totally off the pedal. I regret getting rid of that van. I got rid of it due to troublesome electrical issues. It had a short somewhere I couldn't find it. I finally said screw it and sold it.

I'm not a mechanic I'm a 25+ exp carpenter I've always driven old beater work trucks and do about 90% of maintenance/fixes on them. Anyone I've talked about it think it's crazy but I take it as a challenge if my truck breaks down and scabbing it together to get it home. I see now other people get it. I always haul way too many tools, fasteners, random wire, scrap metal years of accumulated junk. These videos are like golden gifts of great essential wisdom and knowledge essential to my continued life success. Thank You for such kind generosity of your transcendent knowledge and wisdom.

I drove a 1972 F350 with a 300 six and a four speed with low first gear. It was a 12’ dump bed with five foot high sides. We used to deliver 14 cubic yards of bulk cypress mulch with that thing. It wasn’t severally overloaded, great! That engine never failed to start and haul whatever we threw at it. Great vehicle. Thanks for another awesome video
