That car may have been a consignment car, the dealership may have taken changed registration it and ran off with the money someone needs to do a car fax or registration check the owner may not even know its abandoned still thinking its at the dealer but the tow companies will do little as they want to be able to sell the car and make money lets hope the owner is found and if a consignment car the rightful owner

@9:10 here's a wild thought, probably some super wealthy guy got himself into a situation where he had to let go of 1 or 2 cars from his private collection i.e leaving California due to its current changes. Some lucky bastard to gonna take possession of this car and have someone issue it a "salvage title" That is usually the only way you can claim a car in these types of rare situations. damn congrats to the lucky person that eventually gets to have it.
