Agreement on a new lease failed. Marked as permanently closed by High Peak Camra, but on Fleurets site as up for lease without tie.

TIP: Look for outside bellboxes or stickers on doors or windows then you know if theres an alarm or not

In this case the original alarm system is powered down and a temporary system was installed inside. Unfortunately not seen from outside here.

They usually just stick a alarm somewhere or add more alarms to abandoned buildings and not mark the buildings that they're alarmed. Don't know why though, surely to save the headache of something down you'll simply just mark it

It definitely was weird looking for sure seen smaller one like this before now but looked like a plug in one looking back at it with wire that must been plugged in behind fridge so most likely just case of unplugging it aha 🤣🤣

The alarm is an RSI Videofied system. It’s an alarm mostly used temporarily in places such as vacant properties. That’s just the OSX outdoor siren. The keypad is continuously beeping in the background. It’s probably a wireless siren although I’m not very familiar with these
