Considering with the camphor oil and a sleeping pills, it looks like whoever lived there might’ve been in a lot of pain because they’re really using things to deal with pain, which is very sad. Seeing abandon homes like this makes me feel very sad. This was someone’s home at one point they had a family and they had memories and good times there and it’s very sad to see this home. Looks so lonely.

There's one bunch in the paranormal community on KZbin that have been so nasty and ugly towards each other that it's sad. They used to be a tight knit group of good friends. It's been going on for a few years now. I love all their videos and wish they would settle their differences and go back to the good old days of exploring together. I'm not going to reveal who they are. It's so disappointing.

What I find remarkable is they obviously weren't loners or even unpopular. They had plenty of friends and there's obviously nephews / nieces / family yet no one has seen fit to deal with the property in an appropriate manner. Would be interesting to know what the back story is.

People die, lose contact, move away to other areas or countries. Socially, it is nowhere near the same as it used to be 100 years ago. I did some research on the house I grew up in. I discovered that all the immediate neighbours had the same family name. I believe that indicates that extended family members had daily contact and lived next door, next door but one, etc. That really doesn’t happen anymore in the UK. I live in another country to my parents and (toxic) half sister. My daughter lives in another country to me. If she has no children (unlikely for medical issues), then the family line pretty much ends with her. What I’m saying is, families can diminish frighteningly quickly. 😊

The chest was what they called a hope chest. They were advertised (Lane hope chests) in bridal magazines. Girls would collect items in it for when they got married, china, embroidered pillowcases, bedding, etc. These were popular until around 1975.

As my great nan used to say ‘It’s not the dead but the living you have to watch out for’. Seen a lot of spirit just as she did, for example you can see in broad daylight someone walk past very early morning then you twig they are dressed in Victorian clothes turn around and they are gone on a straight road. Lots of animals passed visit too, i just accept we don’t know everything keep an open mind.

I once saw an old man standing over a grave in a church graveyard and when I looked back to him he had vanished. He was wearing grey and brown clothes, similar colors to the gravestones he was standing amongst, so maybe he was a trick of the eyes rather than an actual ghost, but I like to think he was visiting his friend.

People did not smile in the old photos because a smile would cause the photo image to be smudged looking. Also, many old photos were pictures of corpses because a person had to sit absolutely still for over an hour while the camera slowly took the picture

Sometimes people don't purposely leave things behind. Like I lost everything in my storage unit & couldn't afford to get it.. not the same situation but what if the family had to flee for some reason. Or maybe she left the wedding photos & stuff because she didn't want to keep those memories or she could only take so much stuff with her? You never know.

Dear Adam, I am in New York City! You are one of the best paranormal investigators on KZbin! Your voice with a creepy English accent, your wonderful Shakespearean narratives and overtones, the souvenirs of people long gone, landmarks for ghosts and the other side of existence, the eeriness of the past, the plangent bells, chimes and music box, these are the best thrilling moments in life. We love your videos, not just for the paranormal content, but it is ths very meaning of existence that gives the creeps, and you have a marvelous penchant to squeezing and draining the heart of the most uncannily haunting feelings. I think a good name for “teddy” would be Rosie rempod 😊 I am skeptical about the people finding cameras but I find them interesting. It certainly looked like Matt had someone next to him- a child, but the skeptical side says it’s just showing the triangulation between his hand feet etc! I have also watched Matts version of this same explore and the necrophonic seems to give the name of Stan (I think) really interesting to see 2 different versions of the same explore. I really enjoy your courageous adventures into these abandoned homes. Very interesting if not a lot creepy. The respect and concern you show for these spirits who have passed is perhaps why they present themselves to you. . .

The bottle with the hand-written label is Caustic Soda (Diluted), often used for cleaning. Linseed oil was usually used on wood, good for cricket bats, camphorated oil was often used for inflammatory conditions and used with water as an inhalant for things like coughs, bronchitis etc.

Interesting investigation!!! Glad that you took Matt with you!!! Some of the doors & door casings were beautiful!!! The fireplaces were beautiful as well!!! Too bad family members didn’t take some of the photos for remembrance 😞😰😢 I’m sure that it was haunted!!! Interesting… looks like 1 poor child was there & feeling comfortable with Matt👍😞 Thank you Adam for another wonderful adventure!!! I loved it 👍🙏❤️

What a fantastic house to explore. I was at the edge of my seat the whole time. The old books were in great condition and the leaf bookmark just added more to the history of the people who lived there. The K2's we're going mad and the response from the necrophonic device was amazing. Can't believe what you said about what bodily fluid was in the bottle of liquid at the bottom. So funny. I was laughing but embarrassed laughing. Keep these videos coming. They're the best. 🤗 😘

I didn't think the portrait was creepy at least not on camera. I read some people think all spirits cross over and these are all demons. Most spirits cross over, but if it was a sudden and traumatic ending, some do get trapped on this side. Fascinating what your doing. It amazes me just how many abandoned houses and buildings there are in the world.

What a creepy old house. I was fascinated by all the contents left behind, plus the paranormal investigation. There was definitely some presence there.Nature is reclaiming this old place now. Eventually it will collapse into total ruin. You were fortunate to get this chance to explore it and investigate for supernatural activity.

Love your videos. Find it absolutely fascinating how peoples lives are just left frozen in time. Everything just abandoned and forgotten but the icing on the cake for me is the paranormal stuff you do. I'm a big paranormal fan. Would love to do what you do. Thank you for your videos. They're always interesting and the respect you show is amazing. I think Teddy Kruger would be a good name for the bear

Great explore guys. So sad family photos are just left behind, it makes me wonder if the whole family was killed? Some of those photos look 'familiar' to me though. Not sure why but I do know I've not seen them on another video. The photo of the three older ladies is the one that stood out to me. When I do paranormal investigations, if I get responses I always say thank you. For me it seems to generate further responses. Outside the bungalow would also be good for investigation as there seems to be sheds, nooks and crannies that are over grown. Still a fab video so thank you guys. Xx

When you get any interaction please thank them each time and always say please. I noticed you were asking them to come and stand next to you, stand next to you etc. please remember your manners. You guys are very good . I get you ( like myself) can get carried away with things but please remember they can hear & see you. Manners were key in those times and it was considered rude to not to please and thank you. Cheers for sharing.
